Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Inform us about any defects/issues via email message within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll work to ensure your purchase with us is perfect.

NOTE: Please don't mail any items back to us UNLESS we authorize the return shipment first.

• It's our number one focus to make sure that you are 100% happy with your order. We will always send you a replacement if your item is incorrect from what you originally ordered. 
• If you mistakenly provided us with the wrong information, we're happy to send you a corrected product at a discounted rate. 
• If a package is lost by the carrier, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
