You're purchasing a high-quality, 13 oz. vinyl custom sports photo banner with corner grommets for easy hanging indoors or outdoors. We'll add your photo(s) and text to create the perfect personalized sports banner for senior night, team banquet gifts, or even graduation parties.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Size: Select your desired banner size from the drop-down menu.

2. Add Personalization: Enter your details in the "Add Your Personalization" box. Note that backgrounds and fonts will be adjusted to match team colors.

3. Upload Your Photo(s): Upload your high-quality photo via the Drag-and-Drop Upload Field below Notes for the Designer. Please do not crop photos.

4. Editing: We allow two rounds of edits per order, which includes adding your initial photo, text, and color edit, plus one additional round of editing. Additional edits can be purchased here.

5. Proof Approval: You'll receive a proof of your custom design to approve via email within 1-4 business days (M-F) after purchase. Proof must be approved before we proceed with the order.

6. Shipping: Once approved, we'll ship your banner to the address you provide unless otherwise requested. Your order will be sent to production and shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping time depends on the method chosen at checkout. Processing times may differ during the holidays.

Important Photo Requirements

👉 To ensure the best quality, start with a high-quality photo since we'll be enlarging it over 3 feet high. Upload a full-size digital image, not a proof image. Good quality cell phone photos work too, but uncropped, half-body shots are best.

• Preferred: Digital camera photos set at the highest quality JPEG setting.

• Acceptable: Cell phone photos from iPhone 10 and newer or Samsung S9 and newer.

Permissions: You must have permission to use the photos you submit. By submitting a picture, you agree that you own the rights to the picture or have proper authorization to use it. You also agree that images might be used in our social media and advertising.

Restrictions: We cannot accept screenshots or images from social media sites. Poor-quality photos will delay your order.

For the best results, follow these tips:

• Frame Tightly: Minimize how much you need to enlarge the photo by framing your subject tightly.

• Avoid Action Shots: Unless using a professional camera, have your subject pose still.

• Orientation: Ensure your photo orientation matches the banner's layout to avoid cropping issues.

• Happy Results: A poor photo will look worse when enlarged, so follow these steps for the best outcome.

• Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free on all product orders over $75 to street addresses within the lower 48 states.

• Shipping Methods: The free shipping method will be the least costly of FedEx Ground Service (1-5 business days delivery), UPS Ground Service (1-5 business days delivery), or US Mail Priority Mail (1-4 business days delivery).
