ABOUT THIS ITEM

Celebrate your cheerleader or dancer with the Prime Time design, personalized with your athlete’s photo, name, number, team colors, and other details you provide. It is a polished way for parents, booster clubs, and coaches to recognize one athlete or coordinate an entire team.

Choose the finished format that fits your event: a printed 13 oz. vinyl banner, yard sign, photo print, metal print, or print-ready digital file. Printed vinyl banners include hemmed edges and corner grommets for indoor or outdoor display. You will receive a proof before production so you can review and approve the personalized design.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the product: Use the “Product” menu to select a printed vinyl banner, yard sign, photo print, metal print, or digital file.

2. Choose the size: Use the “Size” menu to select the finished dimensions available for your chosen product.

3. Set the quantity: In “Qty,” enter the number of finished items you are ordering.

4. Enter the athlete’s name and number: In “Athlete Name & Number (If Applicable),” type the athlete’s name exactly as it should appear. Include the jersey or uniform number when applicable.

5. Enter the school, team, and sport: In “School, Team & Sport,” provide the school or organization, team name if different, and activity, such as cheer or dance.

6. List the team colors: In “Team Colors,” list the primary and accent colors we should use in the design.

7. Add notes for the designer: Use “Notes for Designer” for exact spelling or capitalization instructions, layout preferences, logo placement, and requests not covered by the other fields. If you have no additional instructions, enter “No special requests.”

8. Enter the target delivery date: In “Target Delivery Date,” enter the date you would like to receive the order. This is a requested date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production starts only after proof approval, and transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

9. Rename and upload the photo: Before uploading, change the file name to the athlete’s full name. Upload the original, full-resolution photo without cropping it using the “Drag & Drop your Files or Images” area below Target Delivery Date. When ordering for multiple athletes, rename each file with the correct athlete’s name.

10. Review everything before adding to cart: Confirm the product, size, quantity, athlete’s name and number, school, team, sport, colors, designer notes, target date, and uploaded files are correct.

11. Approve the proof: We will email a proof within 1–3 business days*, Monday through Friday. Check all names, numbers, colors, and design details carefully. Production will not begin until the proof is approved.

12. Editing and production: The order includes the initial design setup and one additional round of revisions. Additional editing can be purchased here. After approval, printed products normally ship within 2–3 business days. Digital files are delivered only after the design is approved.

*Proof turnaround times may be longer during peak seasons.

IMPORTANT PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

👉 To ensure the best quality, start with a high-quality photo since we may be enlarging it up to 3 feet high. Upload a full-size digital image, not a proof image. Good quality cell phone photos work too, but uncropped, half-body shots are best.

• Preferred: Digital camera photos set at the highest quality JPEG setting.

• Acceptable: Cell phone photos from iPhone 10 and newer or Samsung S9 and newer.

Permissions: You must have permission to use the photos you submit. By submitting a picture, you agree that you own the rights to the picture or have proper authorization to use it. You also agree that images might be used in our social media and advertising.

Restrictions: We cannot accept screenshots or images from social media sites. Poor-quality photos will delay your order.

PHOTO TAKING TIPS

For the best results, follow these tips:

• Frame Tightly: Minimize how much you need to enlarge the photo by framing your subject tightly.

• Good Lighting: Use good lighting to avoid grainy photos.

• Contrasting Background: Take photos against a background that contrasts well with your subject. Bright colors work best!

• Avoid Action Shots: Unless using a professional camera, have your subject pose still.

• Orientation: Ensure your photo orientation matches the banner's layout to avoid cropping issues.

• Happy Results: A poor photo will look worse when enlarged, so follow these steps for the best outcome.

DIGITAL FILE DETAILS

• File: A print-ready digital file sized for the option selected. No physical product is included.

• Delivery: The file is emailed or sent through Etsy Messages, depending on where the order was placed, only after the customer approves the design proof.

• Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free on all product orders over $75 to street addresses within the lower 48 states.

• Shipping Methods: The free shipping method will be the least costly of FedEx Ground Service (1-5 business days delivery), UPS Ground Service (1-5 business days delivery), or US Mail Priority Mail (1-4 business days delivery).
