ABOUT THIS ITEM

Celebrate any athlete with a personalized Elite Edge sports spirit button or photo magnet featuring their photo, name, number, school, sport, and team colors. These custom keepsakes are made for parents, booster clubs, coaches, teammates, and fans celebrating senior night, game day, banquets, and team events.

Choose a 3.5-inch pin-back button or a 3.5-inch photo magnet. Each item is printed in full color, and you will receive a proof to review before production begins. Quantity orders are welcome for individual athletes, entire teams, and booster-club events.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the product: Use “Product” to select either the 3.5-inch Pin Back Button or the 3.5-inch Photo Magnet.
2. Set the quantity: In “Quantity,” enter the number of buttons or magnets you are ordering.
3. Enter the athlete’s name and number: In “Athlete Name & Number (If Applicable),” type the athlete’s name exactly as it should appear. Include the uniform number when applicable.
4. Enter the school, team, and sport: In “School, Team & Sport,” provide the school or organization, team name if different, and the athlete’s sport.
5. List the team colors: In “Team Colors,” list the primary and accent colors we should use in the design.
6. Add notes for the designer: Use “Notes for Designer” for exact spelling or capitalization instructions, layout preferences, logo placement, class year, position, captain designation, or requests not covered by the other fields. If you have no additional instructions, enter “No special requests.”
7. Enter the target delivery date: In “Target Delivery Date,” enter the date you would like to receive the order. This is a requested date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production begins after proof approval, and shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout.
8. Rename and upload the photo: Before uploading, change the file name to the athlete’s full name. Upload the original, full-resolution photo without cropping it using the file-upload link on the product page. When ordering for multiple athletes, rename each file with the correct athlete’s name.
9. Review everything before adding to cart: Confirm the product, quantity, athlete’s name and number, school, team, sport, colors, designer notes, target date, and uploaded files are correct.
10. Approve the proof: We will email a proof within 1–3 business days*, Monday through Friday. Check all names, numbers, colors, and design details carefully. Production will not begin until the proof is approved.
11. Editing and production: The order includes the initial design setup and one additional round of revisions. After approval, the order normally ships within 2–3 business days.

*Proof turnaround times may be longer during peak seasons.

IMPORTANT PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

• Upload the original, full-resolution photo rather than a screenshot, social-media image, or proof image.
• Clear, well-lit, uncropped photos usually provide the best results.
• You must own the photo or have permission to use it.
• Poor-quality or low-resolution photos may delay the order. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your photo.

REFUND POLICY

Personalized products are nonrefundable unless MVP Banners made the mistake. Please review all customization details and the proof carefully before approval.
