ABOUT THIS ITEM

Celebrate a football player with a personalized Premier Pro senior night design featuring the athlete’s photo, name, number, school, team colors, and the details you provide. It is designed for parents, booster clubs, and coaches ordering for one athlete or coordinating recognition for an entire team.

Choose a printed vinyl banner, yard sign, photo print, metal print, or print-ready digital file. You will receive a proof before production so you can review and approve the personalized design.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the product: Use “Product” to select a printed vinyl banner, yard sign, photo print, metal print, or digital file.
2. Choose the size: Use “Size” to select one of the sizes available for the product you chose.
3. Set the quantity: In “Quantity,” enter the number of finished items or digital files you are ordering.
4. Enter the athlete’s name and number: In “Athlete Name & Number (If Applicable),” type the athlete’s name exactly as it should appear. Include the uniform number when applicable.
5. Enter the school, team, and sport: In “School, Team & Sport,” provide the school or organization, team name if different, and football as the sport.
6. List the team colors: In “Team Colors,” list the primary and accent colors we should use in the design.
7. Add notes for the designer: Use “Notes for Designer” for exact spelling or capitalization instructions, layout preferences, logo placement, and requests not covered by the other fields. If you have no additional instructions, enter “No special requests.”
8. Enter the target delivery date: In “Target Delivery Date,” enter the date you would like to receive the order. This is a requested date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production begins after proof approval, and shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout.
9. Rename and upload the photo: Before uploading, change the file name to the athlete’s full name. Upload the original, full-resolution photo without cropping it using the file-upload link on the product page. When ordering for multiple athletes, rename each file with the correct athlete’s name.
10. Review everything before adding to cart: Confirm the product, size, quantity, athlete’s name and number, school, team, sport, colors, designer notes, target date, and uploaded files are correct.
11. Approve the proof: We will email a proof within 1–3 business days*, Monday through Friday. Check all names, numbers, colors, and design details carefully. Production will not begin until the proof is approved.
12. Editing and production: The order includes the initial design setup and one additional round of revisions. Additional editing can be purchased here. After approval, printed products normally ship within 2–3 business days.

*Proof turnaround times may be longer during peak seasons.

IMPORTANT PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

Start with a high-quality photo because it may be enlarged several feet. Upload the original, full-size digital image rather than a screenshot, social-media image, or proof image. Uncropped, half-body photos usually provide the best results.

• Preferred: Digital camera photos saved at the highest-quality JPEG setting.
• Acceptable: High-resolution cell phone photos from an iPhone 10 or newer or Samsung S9 or newer.
• Permissions: You must own the photo or have permission to use it. By submitting it, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and understand that completed designs may be used in MVP Banners social media and advertising.
• Photo quality: Poor-quality, cropped, or low-resolution photos may delay the order. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your photo.

PHOTO TAKING TIPS

• Frame the athlete closely enough to reduce enlargement and cropping.
• Use even, bright lighting to avoid dark or grainy photos.
• Choose a background that contrasts with the athlete and uniform.
• Have the athlete remain still unless the photo is taken with professional equipment.
• Use an image orientation that works with the selected design and product.

METAL PRINT DETAILS

• Material: 1/8-inch Dibond.
• Sizes: 8 in × 10 in, 11 in × 14 in, and 12 in × 18 in.

DIGITAL FILE DETAILS

• File: A print-ready digital file sized for the option selected.
• Delivery: The file is emailed after you approve the design. No physical product is included with a digital-file purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Personalized products are nonrefundable unless MVP Banners made the mistake. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.

• Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on product orders over $75 shipped to street addresses within the lower 48 states.
• Shipping method: The free method will be the least costly eligible option among FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.
